2. Wool is as stretching material that will adjust to the size of you head. After a few weeks of use, your myssy fits you perfectly.
3. There is no "one right size" for you, it also depends of your preference: Would you like your myssy small or large?

Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Myssyfarmi webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.
These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of September 1st, 2016, until further notice.
Shipping and Delivery terms
We use Finnish postal service, Finland Post Corporation for both domestic and international shipping. Orders are processed in 1 - 3 working days and delivered by mail worldwide from Pöytyä, Finland. For reasons that are not dependant on us, the delivery times can sometimes be longer. All international shippings are sent as postal parcels and with tracking code. Please note that orders placed during campaigns (Unique Week, Friend Sale, Black Sheep Day) have longer delivery time: approximately 2-7 days inside Finland. Even during national holidays such as Christmas, the delivery time might be longer than usual.
Estimated delivery times and prices for:
Finland: Delivery within 2 - 7 days from day of payment. The delivery cost 3,90€.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 - 7 days from day of payment. Delivery cost within EU 14,9€. Norway and Switzerland 22€ (including all taxes, customs duties and other fees in the country).
Other countries: Delivery within 7 - 21 days from day of payment. Delivery cost 25€.
If there occurs a problem with your order or shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Myssyfarmi webstore also has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case, the customer will be contacted and informed by email.
Methods of payment
The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore:
Nordea, Osuuspankki, SP/POP, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Danske Bank, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Joustoraha, SveaWebPay and Visa, Visa Electron & MasterCard credit cards. These online payments are made by using the services of CheckOut Finland Oy.
In addition, you are also able to make payments with PayPal International that accepts American Express and Discover.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard:
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Myssyfarmi will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by CheckOut Finland Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, CheckOut Finland Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and CheckOut Finland Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. CheckOut Finland Oy is also the recipient of the payment.
All prices at Myssyfarmi webstore are VAT included (Value Added Tax 24%), when both within EU countries. Customer is responsible for the import customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes in their homeland.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, you may return or exchange it for another item. When returning items, please contact us before sending the item back by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. We only return customer payments if the product is untapped, and this happens within 14 days. We do not cover the delivery fee. All myssy products (excluding Myssy Luksus, Scarfs and Collars) can fit into an envelope, so the mailing expenses are lower. We will return the payment according to the chosen payment method.
Please notice that return and exchange policy does not apply to gift cards or Design Your Own products. This is a custom made product and according to the Finnish consumer law custom made products are not oblidged to have a right of return.

If you want to change the product, follow the same steps as in returns. We do not cover the fee to sent the product to us, but we will again deliver the new product to you free of charge.
All Myssy garments are handmade in Finland of a high quality yarn and we are proud of our work. We give all our products a lifetime warranty. If this product ever breaks down, we will ﬁx it or replace it with a new one. Simply mail the product back to the farm with a Warranty Repair Form. However, Myssyfarmi is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason. You will find instructions and the repair form from this address:
Please note, that the two following occasions are not covered by the warranty: stretching and felting. The myssy product stretches to match your head/body, which is one the attributes of the wool we use. If you want that the product takes more of its original shape, wash it carefully following the instructions and shape it while it’s still wet. Also if your myssy product becomes felted due to the hard rubbing or improper use, it is not covered by the warranty.
Law and Jurisdiction
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these delivery terms. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Turku.

Wool is a natural material that keeps itself clean. The lanolin - wool’s grease - repels both dirt and water. You can freshen up the garment by airing it out. However, if your Myssy product does get dirty or stretches out, it can be hand-washed with care or machine-washed on a high-quality wool program. The garment should be dried ﬂat and shaped while still wet. This way the product will recover its original appearance.
If your Myssy product ever breaks down, we will ﬁx it or replace it with a new one. Simply mail the product back to the farm with a Warranty Repair Form which can be downloaded from this page. However, Myssyfarmi is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason.
